Where do you deliver?

We deliver Island-wide.

How many days does it take for the delivery to happen?

In Average it takes 2-3 working days within Colombo (1-15) and outside Colombo 2-5 working days. We always work on time to make sure your order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays. Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform you about the delivery time.

Orders placed during public Holidays/Weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. It may result in delays in processing your orders on peak/holiday seasonal or promotional times.

What are the charges for deliveries?

A delivery charge of Rs.399 will be applicable to all the orders Island-wide. Delivery charges are applicable to all exchange deliveries.

Can I exchange at the time of delivery?

We do not allow you to exchange any of our products at the time of delivery. You can contact our customer service during working days for more info. We’re always there for you. Please check our exchange policy for more information.
